Albert Hera
Albert Hera is a jazz singer and concomitant specialized in choir improvisation; he is also a sax player and has found his true artistic expression in his voice. His extensive research on world music, his own experiments, his roots in jazz music, and his ability to improvise have led him to create a new music genre: Epic Jazz. He travels around Italy giving Circle Songs seminars, in which vocal improvisation overcomes the traditional artistic end goal and instead merges with a didactic one. As a soloist, some of his latest projects include “Simbiosi – omaggio a Bobby McFerrin”. As of now, he has released three albums: “Positive Consciousness” (2006) “AriA” (2011), and SoloS (2016).
