Marco Astorri
Marco Astorri, 47 years old, with 3 children, lives in Bologna. He began his career as a graphic designer, but curiosity and ingenuity led him to found the Bio-on company in 2007, producing tons of biopolymer, i.e. bio-plastic that is 100% naturally biodegradable and has the same technical characteristics as plastic obtained from petroleum. He now heads the administrative, legal and financial activities of Bio-on but above all he coordinates all the research and development activities and defines the corporate strategies for industrial development.
